    Warners Classics announces the August release of our recording

    Warners Classics announces the August release of our recording with conductor Emmanuel Villaume, pianist Andrew von Oeyen and the PKF-Prague Philharmonia.  Featuring music of Ravel, Bizet, and Debussy, it was recorded in the Czech Radio Studios.  Michael Fine produced, edited, and mixed the sessions. Jakub Hadraba was engineer.

    Festival Mozaic Artistic Director Scott Yoo and Executive Director announced

    Festival Mozaic Artistic Director Scott Yoo and Executive Director announced that they will commission an orchestral composition from Michael to celebrate the Festival's 50th anniversary in 2020.  In 2019, Festival musicians will record a quintet of Michael's Quintets for Flute, Oboe, English Horn, Bassoon and String Quartet.  Michael will revert to his usual role of producer for this sessions which will take place at Cuesta College.  Michael Fine was invited to play clarinet in the 2018 Festival Mozaic Orchestra for the fifth consecutive season.

    Korean cellist Hee-Young Lim and the London Symphony

    Korean cellist Hee-Young Lim and the London Symphony conducted by Scott Yoo recorded concertos by Saint-Saens, Lalo, Milhaud for SONY Classics.  This is the young cellist's debut recording: she was recently appointed Professor of Cello at Beijing Conservatory, the youngest professor and first Korean to be named to the prestigious position.  Michael Fine produced the sessions at Abbey Road Studios with engineer Jin Choi.

    Star violinist Renaud Capuçon with Stephane Deneve conducting the Brussels Philharmonic

    Star violinist Renaud Capuçon with Stephane Deneve conducting the Brussels Philharmonic recorded a program of arrangements of iconic movie themes by Korngold, Cosma, Horner, Desplat, Williams, Legrand, and Jarre among others.  The sessions, in Brussel's acoustically splendid Flagey Theatre, were produced, edited and mixed by Michael Fine with Jean-Marc Laisgne as engineer.  The recording will be released in October by Warners Classics.  A single of the theme from Schindler's List is currently available on all major streaming services. Renaud Capuçon records violin theme, Schindler's List (Steven Spielberg, John Williams)
