    Post production is completed by Michael Fine on a recording of three concertos composed for violinist Renaud Capucon:  Wolfgang Rihm's Gedicht des Malers (Philippe Jordan, Wiener Symphoniker); and the Violin Concertos of Pascal Dusapin and Bruno Mantovani (both with Myung Whun Chung and Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France.)  All three were live recordings and will be release next year by Warners.

    Michael Fine produced the first recording in the spectacular new Lotte Hall in Seoul

    Michael Fine produced the first recording in the spectacular new Lotte Hall in Seoul:  Mahler's 5th Symphony with the Gyeonggi Philharmonic, conducted by Shiyeon Sung.  The recording will be released by Decca.  Jin Choi was the engineer on the recording.

    Michael Fine is appointed to the search committee for the next music director of South Korea's Busan Philharmonic

    Michael Fine is appointed to the search committee for the next music director of South Korea's Busan Philharmonic.  Additionally, he is organising three special projects for the Busan Cultural Centre, of which the first is a Mozart Gala with conductor Constantin Trinks and singers Myung-Joo Lee (soprano)  Dong Won Kim (tenor), and Samuel Young (baritone.)  Michael went to Busan in May to hear the orchestra under conductor Philip Ryan Mann with clarinetist Sangwoo Lim, a concert he planned.
