    Fine Sound Productions and Radio Classique collaborated on the first major label recording made in the new Philharmonie de Paris: Bruch's Violin Concerto with Renaud Capuçon, violin, and the Orchestre de Paris conducted by Paavo Järvi. Michael Fine produced with engineer Aurelie Messonier. The main and soloist microphones were graciously loaned by Sennheiser. In September the artists and the team returns to the Philharmonie to record Lalo's Symphonie Espagnole. The finished recording will be released by Warners Classics/Erato

    Our recording of the Re:Orchestra with conductor Roberto Beltran-Zavala of Shostakovich Chamber Symphonies - Op. 73a and Op. 83a coupled with folk music from Eastern Europe - will be issued in late Fall 2015 by the award winning Swedish label BIS. The recording, produced by Michael Fine and engineered by Erdo Groot, was recorded in MCO Studio 5 in Hilversum, the Netherlands. It will be available as a hybrid CD/SACD with surround sound.

    Our DGG production of three Concertos by Unsuk Chin with Myung Whun Chung with the Seoul Philharmonic and soloists Wu Wei, Alban Gerhardt, and Sunwook Kim has won two important industry awards: ICMA 2015 Prize for the best recording of contemporary music and on 7 April, the 2015 "Premiere" Prize from the BBC Music Magazine. Congratulations to all who participated in this special recording.
